“Great service and location but some caveats”
The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable when I realized I had made an error in booking and booked us for an extra night immediately for the same room and even gave us an upgrade The room was roomy with low big windows The location is very central but a double edged sword Sound proofed windows Left us chocolates everyday

The hotel was perfect for our three night stay with an excellent central location. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel kindly upgraded our room for free to a street view also.

“Nice and cozy Hotel right in the heart of Granada”
Location is great, right in town, main attractions are at walking distance, shops, cathedral, Alhambra, and many more. The hotel is very cute, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfy, and so is the bed. In the room, you have a coffee machine and tea, and a mini bar. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a parking garage right in the back of the hotel with the elevator going directly to the hotel reception. Breakfast is great too.

“Very lovely stay despite noise”
We loved the staff - they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. The location was fantastic right in central area within walking distance to many of the top sites.
