Location is great, good value for money

Room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The doona was not very clean. There was a bit of dirt in the bathroom. The kettle was not working.

Great place, very central and we had a wonderful view of Granada! Self check in was easy. It was very clean and comfortable.

I had a studio room with was spacious, nice tall ceiling with light from two large windows. Bed was the best of the holiday. The location was central, with easy walking to the major attractions.

The apartment was in a very good location - a lot of restaurants and gift shops are accessible in a few minutes, and also the Arabian bath is 2 doors away from the flat. It was easy to get in, I had no issues during my stay.

Property is central, close to the cathedral & Grand Via. Also, the local bus stops, which we used to get to Alhambra & St. Nicholas viewing point.

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The apartment we received was completely different from the one advertised. • The sofa was impossible to sleep on. • The kitchen was dirty. • Pillows and bed covers were stained. • The air conditioning remote was missing. • The staircase/entrance was under construction, something never mentioned in the listing. We reported everything immediately, but the issue was not resolved quickly. Instead, we were offered only a 15% or 35% discount via WhatsApp — clearly an attempt to avoid responsibility on the platform. This is unacceptable. In the end, we had to urgently find another apartment at our own cost, which completely ruined our stay and peace of mind.
