Great Hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities. WE dined there for convenience the one evening, and the food was very nice, as was the breakfast. Very short walk from railway station.

It was very close to the train station. Quiet location.

Near train station. Good service by the restaurant, the quite big size person (sorry that I don’t know his name). He’s very friendly and kind. Specially asked the kitchen to prepare salsa sauce for the spaghetti as we don’t take meat.

It is near the station, and a bus stop outside gives easy access to all parts of Granada. Breakfast was ample, and so was the evening meal. The staff were friendly, the room very comfortable. The upper floor rooms have wonderful views.

We attended CAI 2026 conference. The hotel was very close to the conferences premises -- university building. Also it was very conveniently located near the city center.

Nice hotel near the train station but as we discovered getting a train from Malaga to Granada was not an option. Had to get a bus instead and the bus station is not near this hotel. Had to get a tram to the hotel. 15 minute walk into central Granada.

Location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of hotel and a supermarket right across. The surrounding feels homely as it is close to residential area whereby many elderly takes their walk on the public avenue/walkway right across the hotel.

Staff are top professional. Very clean, bed Very comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel and cold. Close to the centre.

Free upgrade whats not to like! Safe underground parking. We had a suite with spa bath. Plentiful breakfast (continental style with small additions) loved the healthy breakfast shots! Staff lovely.

The cooked breakfast was average. A big disappointment was the absence of a continental option. My wife only wanted a coffee and a croissant but we were told that was the full 18€. As we don’t like feeling exploited we went out for the next three breakfasts. Better food and much better value.
