The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, always beautifully laid out and freshly topped up. Complimentary tea was served each afternoon - serving sandwiches and cakes.

“Elegant central hotel”

This is a very elegant hotel planned around a central courtyard with very helpful staff and good breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea, which ch was complimentary for guests. In an excellent location just of the plaza nueva. Rooms were beautifully decorated and fresh flowers was a lovely touch.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A great location, very central but in a quiet side street with views of the Alhambra from upstairs. Charming, rustic and elegant and a central courtyard with plants galore. Friendly and attentive staff who clearly care about the hotel and lots of unexpected free " extras" like a bottle of cava in the room upon arrival, free tea and coffee all day and a light afternoon tea every day ! We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Location is very walkable to all the tourists attractions. The decor combines traditional tavernas and modern facility. Really good value for money. Very friendly staff, we have 2 complimentary cava during our stay. Definitely wiill stay there again.

Lovely welcome when we arrived. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. Location was great, near everything.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We loved the traditional look of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was also excellent with only a few minutes walk to Alhambra Castle and the centre of Granada.

Luxury hotel with lots of added extras: tea time treats on arrival, bottle of Cava in room, staff who went out of their way to help. An oasis in the city.

Great location in beautifully restored building.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, and we felt it was amazing value. The staff were very polite and efficient, and will 100% return at some point.
