“Hotel great but need more staff and organisation at breakfast.”
The the bedrooms were very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast however was a bit chaotic. The Waitress didn’t write down our order and got it wrong! They were very shortstaffed at breakfast.

We paid for an upgrade and enjoyed the complimentary mini bar, which was restocked every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the valet, who assisted us when we arrived.

“We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend”
Liked being downtown and close to restaurants and shops etc. Would have liked to have stayed on the old palace but we were in the new party which was very nice. The staff were very good and our check in was excellent with lots of tips of where to go and what to focus on.

“Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff in a great location”
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were outstanding in terms of looking after us. My wife broke her ankle and they couldn’t have been more supportive. Outstanding service, accommodation and a particular mention goes to Julian, Juan, Louisa, Merina, Sonia…..all of whom gave exceptional service. ALL the staff were Amazing! They all went above and beyond the call of duty.

“Perfect place for a family in a great location”
We were lucky to receive one of the recently refurbished rooms and it was beautiful and spacious. Staff also very friendly and helpful. The valet parking service was awesome considering our vehicle was 2.1m tall with Thule roof box.
