I give this property 9.5 / 10. 1. CLEANLINESS. The apartment is pristine in its cleanliness. Everything is in order, cleaning materials and supplies are all provided adequately. 2. AMENITIES. Appliances are modern and functioning well; while the decor still gives some old world charm but still having a modern feel to it with its clean lines. The space is well apportioned, just right for a family of 4, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Closet space is more than adequate and hangers are provided. Toiletries are also provided generously, water pressure is very good, hot water is available. Welcome goodies such as water, coffee, tea, snacks are also offered. There is separate air-condition units per room and for the living room, which provide such respite from the Andalusian heat. 3. HOST. ALBERTO is such an amiable and thoughtful host! He communicates well, provides all the necessary information for a smooth check in, and is accommodating and easily accessible. He and the cleaning lady were helpful during our check in and throughout our stay. 4. LOCATION. The apartment is just across Plaza de San Agustin and Mercado San Agustin. It is a stone's throw away from the Granada Cathedral (2 minute walk); Plaza Bib La Rambla and all its lovely restaurants is a 5-minute walk away; while other Plazas with quaint and popular restaurants are also within 2-3 minutes walk. There are several supermarkets in the area, as well as a taxi stand and the hop on hop off tram route. Next door to the apartment itself are breakfast and takeaway dining spots, as well as bars, fruit stands, and souvenir shops of all kinds. 5. VALUE FOR MONEY. Can't beat this apartment's value! The best in my opinion. In addition, I think this is one of the rare times when the apartment looks better in person than in the photos on Booking!

The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and well equipped. The host is very easy to communicate with. The location is very central, walking distance to all the places of interest. We enjoyed everything during our stay, if we come back again, this is definitely our choice. The living room and one of the bedrooms are facing the street, and can be a little noisy during weekends, maybe not the best for light sleepers, for us it was not a problem.

Beautiful apartment within a few minutes walk of the cathedral and san jeronimo monastery. Comfortable and spacious with lovely windows looking out over the area. Nice welcome goodies were an unexpected bonus.

Juan was an excellent host.he was very helpful and very friendly.he had a lot of suggestions for the sightseeing and the places to go and was very quick in his responses .without doubt the best host we had until now. The apartment was at the perfect location. Close to everything and it was spacious and very clean.i highly recommend staying in this apartment.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of the Old City. The apartment was very clean and felt quite luxurious - especially for the price! Basics were left for us in the fridge, like milk, bottled water, jam and butter in addition to biscuits and bread for toasting. Communications with the host were solid in advance of the trip - so we felt well-informed.

The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities you need. It’s in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the Granada Cathedral. During our stay, it was fairly quiet except for the first night (Friday), when the neighbors were a bit noisy (with loud music playing until the early hours). The staff were warm and friendly and provided advance instructions on check-in. Overall, it’s a great choice for a stay in Granada.

The property was impeccable. Beautifully furnished, centrally located and with very comfortable beds. The owners, Juan and Alberto, were very helpful and provided brilliant recommendations on where to eat, where to drink and when to get the best views of the Holy Week processions from the apartment balcony.

Very comfortable beds - pillows could be better. Central. Hosts provided a bottle of water, coffee pods, oil, butter, jam, salt and even milk, cookies and bread. Thanks a lot!

The location is excellent and very central. You can park your car in the parking area right across the street, which is very convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished. I believe the apartment would satisfy many guests.
