The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the hotel's location was great. We especially appreciated having access to both the on-site gym and a partner gym outside the hotel at no extra cost. The hotel also offered several great facilities, including a pool and padel court. Overall, it provided excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

“Dissatisfied- Disappointed”
Nice room butall the amenities are closed , swimming pool, spa, snack bar ! When staff asked for feedback I explained but they did not care one bit! Just kept sending me messages about making my stay perfect - they are just interested in taking yiur money and do not even care about guests

Location was good.onky 10inute walk into the old town. Lots tapas bars around. Underground parking for motorbike at 10 euros per day.

“Very good stay at the edge of the center”
- we stayed in a big suite in the Gran Hotel Appartements, it was quiet; - the personnel was superfriendly; - the indoor pool is nice (but not very big), the roof top outdoor pool at the appartments was a nice addition (but very small and undeep) and the paddle seems good (but not used by us eventually); - the parking is good (ca. 15 euro a day); - the location is about a 30 minute walk from the Alhambra, and 20 minute walk to the Cathedral. It is at the edge of the center, but an ok walk. By taxi most attractions can be reached in 7-15 minutes (7-10 euro); - There is a Corte ingles (department store and supermarket) around the corner, which is very convenient; - Easy acces to the (outskirts of) the Sierra Madre by car, you're almost immediately on the highway.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is very impressive and upmarket with a nice vibe. We ate and drank at the bar / restaurant and really enjoyed it. Overall it was really good value for money.
