The property was clean. All facilities available. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to kitchen. I was also allowed to leave my luggage till late evening after check out.

The hotel’s location is excellent—well connected to public transport and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. There are also supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. We booked a Superior double room (317 NL) with breakfast included. Upon arrival, the complimentary 1-liter bottle of water and chocolate was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was well-sized, nicely lit, and furnished with modern pieces. The bed was large and reasonably comfortable, although the pillows were not very comfortable. One drawback was the lack of a proper duvet; only a thin cover was provided, and it became cold at night, so we had to rely on the air conditioning for warmth. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable shower area. The hairdryer was particularly powerful and made styling easy. Cleanliness throughout the room was also satisfactory. Breakfast was generally good, with both positive and negative aspects. A highlight was the fresh orange juice machine, which allowed us to squeeze our own juice each morning—definitely a pleasant experience. However, the breakfast room itself was quite cold, and noise levels were high due to echoes from cutlery and dishes.

Clean property, good room, excellent bathroom, excellent breakfast. I received an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel has also a spa. You do pay a fee to use it but it’s very correct and allows you an (almost) private use of the spa.
