Absolutely stunning house. We had room 1 which is nothing short of an independent flat minus the kitchen. The room was very clean, the sitting area was well equipped with books. We quite liked the fact that there was no TV. On Friday and Saturday night we could hear beautiful Flaminco singing from the bedroom. This is all topped off with the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had.

Authentic well restored 400 year old town house with a beautiful and quiet atmosphere, enhanced by the inner courtyard with jasmin, citrus and other plants and features. It was managed with great care and attention by Damian and his family. In the Albayzin neighbourhood, not far from the intriguing river-stream valley, the Alhambra and historic streets of old Granada it provided the perfect haven from the buzz of the city.

We’ve had a perfect stay. The B&B is an old converted house, up the cobbled streets in the Albaicin area, which we loved. It has lots of character, with a lovely communal internal patio area. We were in room 3, a large split level room, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, with a fantastic private patio area with stunning views of the Alhambra. We chose to have breakfast during two days of our stay and this was first class, with choice of cereals, cold cuts of meat, cheese, eggs, fruit etc. We also accepted the offer of a kettle for the room. Damian was an excellent host, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area. It was lovely to hear about the house and area from someone who has grown up there.

The owner Damian is very kind and helpful. His advice allowed us to avoid the touristy places, and see some more hidden gems of Granada. That said, coming prepared with homework and questions always helps :) The rooms are nicer than in the photos, too.

“Just perfect!!”

Lovely guest house, very warmly welcomed and the location is perfect. Clean rooms in a beautiful house, plenty of space, wonderful courtyard where we had breakfast in the morning with other guests. Parking was close by, but expensive (but this is typical for Granada). It was a memorable visit!!

It was amazing stay in cozy, beutiful house in Albaicin neighbourhood. The host is so nice, friendly and helpful. View from the room was simply amazing <3 We could stare at Alhambra for hours :) Room was very clean, big private bathroom is also huge advantage. One of the best host and place we have ever stayed in :)

“Perfect”

Everything! The host was amazing and extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Everything felt like home and I would definitely recommend it to every single person visiting Granada. Not to mention the location is perfect as it’s very central and close to everything.

The views from the room were amazing and the room was delightful and very comfortable. Damian was very helpful and lovely. Having a little fridge and very cheap drinks was a bonus.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Granada. Lovely, cozy rooms with huge bathrooms. The view was outstanding!! The property has its own charm and is a short downhill walk from the centre. The host, Damien, is super helpful. He helped us with parking as well as porting luggage. Breakfast is nice too!

Very convenient location, easy to find, near to the center and very good restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything works excellent. Amazing breakfast!

This small hotel is full of charm. The location is excellent, but the view from the room even better. Damian is a great host. Serving breakfast, giving tips to eat and walk, fixing stuff and keeping the rooms in condition. Let’s keep this place unspoiled and a kind of secret.
