“Fabulous large comfortable apartment, so close to the city.”
The apartment is new, and was so roomy, a proper dining room and lounge, separate from the kitchen. The bedroom too was large enough to have a chair to throw some clothes onto. A proper wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Bliss. The bathroom was roomy, shower actually worked without a struggle to get the temperature right. Kitchen well appointed, plenty of room, and sufficient crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. Air con, shutters, comfy bed, meant pretty good sleep. Very close to buses to the city and Alhambra, which were only a short ride away. Parks nearby a bonus, and small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Secure parking downstairs was brilliant.

New apartment is well located, close to the city center and Alhambra (walking distance), well equipped, spacious, clean, and has a parking space. I recommend it.

“New apartment with garage in the center of Granada”
Bright apartment really equipped with everything (including broom and dustpan, moka for coffee, many detergents and drying racks that are not available in many other apartments). The sofa bed is large and the living room can be completely darkened during the night. The garage is large and very useful because there are no free parking spaces in the area. The bus stop is in front of the building.

“New and very comfortable”
The apartment was clean and very pleasant, in a new building, in reality it was even bettet than on the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, including teas and coffee pods. The host was very accommodating and there was no problem with communication and arranging a flexible check-in and check-out. Parking in covered garages, even large enough for Spanish standards.

“A perfect comfortable city stay in a brand new spacious apartment.”
We are very long, but this apartment was just perfect. It is really large and comfortable. Beautiful furnished and pristine. Well located for restaurants and the city sights.
