“Charming studio with view terrace”

I stayed in the top-floor studio with terrace, which is a charming garret room with a good size roof terrace that has fabulous views over the plaza and Granada. The tiny kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was cute, everything spotless. Very comfortable bed.

Beautiful little studio in heart of Granada and Marcos is an excellent host. Everything was great, but you need to be aware that there are several flights of steep stairs. Everything else perfect.

A fabulous spot.

A very comfortable flat in a great location. It was easy to find and to access. Close to Carrefour supermarket and cafés.

Perfect for my needs. Clean and central. Had a very happy stay here, and would gladly visit again Be mindful that there are narrow stairs and no lift, so this could be a concern if you have mobility issues.

This is the perfect location for visiting the Alhambra - you’re basically right below it, ready for a short walk in a park to the main entries. We four stayed two nights in two of the apartments. There was a little Christmas street noise but I’m sensitive to that and it didn’t bother me. There are mini supermarkets very close by to pick up some basic breakfast materials, plus the full range of restaurants from takeaway street food to take your weekly salary.

Central location. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Met our expectations and the balcony was a bonus.

Marcos is a fantastic host. We booked the parking space as we were travelling by car and Marcos came to pick us up and he showed us the way to the parking lot. He shared a lot of info with us while he walked us to the appartement. The appartment is cozy, clean and perfectly located. We can definitely recommend it and would come again. Thanks, Marcos!

The apartment is comfortable and the location is fantastic, on the edge of the Albaicin and the Plaza Nueva and near the centre of Granada. It was also very good value for a self-contained apartment, especially considering the location.

The owner Marcos was absolutely great! Helped us to get to the accommodation and gave us all the nformation, was very helpful and you can see, he cares about his guests♥️ The flat was clean, comfy and had everything we needed and was right in the centre with a garage parking about 3 minutes from the flat. Deginitely we will come back♥️
