“Amazing”
I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff—they went above and beyond at every opportunity. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, accommodating special requests with ease, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. “Small room, high price”
Nice lobby and swimming pool. It isn't near to the centre, but on the next corner there is a store and a good restaurant. Breakfast is OK. Beds are comfortable.

The check-in process, the quality/cleanliness of the room are all good and we were all quite happy with out stay. I would like to give a specific shoutout to one of the Hotel's staff that helped line up a ride for me from the hotel to Managua even if it was technically after I checked out. The hotel is absolutely great and very conveniently located in the center of the city with easy access everywhere. But there are plenty of such hotels in the world. But, here, you get the best hotel manager ever, Lisbeth, who is so helpfull and friendly! As well as the night guard and all the other staff. I've travelled a lot of the world, and believe me, it was the best customer service expierience I have ever had! If I could give the hotel 100 on booking, just for the service and friendliness, I would! The most perfect place to stay in all of Granada, or, all of Central America!
