The staff is professional, kind and helpful. The hotel is very spacious and has high ceilings. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much.

We absolutely loved this place. All the staff were brilliant, but Jessica in particular stood out – funny, engaging, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed, big or small. The hotel feels like a little oasis in the middle of a hot city. The pool was always clean with plenty of spots to relax, and the shared breakfast tables made it easy to meet other travellers. The shower was one of the best we’ve had in Central America, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

“Good for an overnight stay...”

Good location with a very friendly welcome and able to store bags as arrived early. The grounds are so pretty with a nice pool. Our room was basic but had all we needed and we slept well. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were great.

Location is excellent, close to everything but just set back from the square which can be noisy. Breakfast options are good and staff are friendly.

Great location and very helpful staff. We just passed through Granada for one night on our way from Managua to Ometepe and the staff helped us arrange taxis on either side of our stay.

A very nice hotel right in the center of Granada. Large and comfortable rooms. The central feature of the hotel is the swimming pool, which was a little cooler, but all the more refreshing for it. This hotel is a pleasant oasis in the hot city.

Beautiful traditional building, with pleasant courtyard and pool, very well located a block from the main square in Granada. For our first few nights we paid the same as a private room in a hostel would have cost and at that price it was good value.

Location was perfect. A few meters from the main square. Restaurants and cafes all around. Room was beautiful, with a nice shower and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided. Water was as well provided-2 small bottles. Pool was nice to have-especially with the heat. Relaxing atmosphere, nice colonial building. Staff was kind-the communication prior to us getting there great-they organized the pick up from the airport. Very convenient. Also organized the transfer back.

The room was large and the bathroom was also large which was a nice surprise. The TV worked which was also a happy surprise. The staff were always happy to help and nothing was too much. It was also very central.

Beautiful colonial building with beautiful pool area. Very large and comfortable rooms with stylish bathroom! Shower had hot water which is not always available in Nicaragua. Staff were so nice and helpful too. Breakfast was lovely. Very quiet but minutes' walk from the sites. Some very nice restaurants around in the immediate area.
