The place is amazing, the common area is just perfect to relax. The owner is very helpful, sorting out tours, helping with everything. The place is just a few steps from the main square

The location was excellent with everything just a short walk away. The room was a comfortable size, and the pool was perfect for cooling off in the heat. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of fresh fruit, and the owner was warm and welcoming.

Fantastic property in perfect location. A couple of mins walk to parque central and the cathedral. Lots of great dining options and main tourist attractions in short walking distance. The room was really great and in the heat, great to dip in the pool and cool down. Great breakfast too & friendly owner. Would def stay here again!!

The room was spacious with multiple fans and AC... and was cool anyway. Oh the best part - a glorious HOT shower - my first one after a full month in Nicaragua! The breakfast was very generous & tasty! Gerry was very cordial, pleasant, and always trying to help with tours or anything really. Security at night. Ladies there were lovely as well, even though I don't speak much Spanish. Only a block from the main square - yet felt safe and quiet there. I loved cooling down in the little plunge pool just outside my door. Comfortable big bed. I was there 5 nights and enjoyed every one of them!

“Great time in Granada”

Jerry has been an amazing host. If we had such a good time in Granada, it is thanks to him. He recommended us a really great walking tour around the city and the unmissable boat tour of the Isletas on the same day to get to see a beautiful sunset. He also made possible the day that we spent at the laguna de apoyo at the Coco Bay Hostel before going to Masaya to see another great sunset after a small walk and the crater of an active volcano. I would only recommend it if you want to chill most of the day and if you've never seen a crater before since the lava isn't seeable anymore. Jerry also arranged our shuttle to San Jorge from where you can take a ferry to Ometepe island. The pancakes in the morning were really good. The rooms are big. We were disturbed by bats screeches the first night but managed to make it stop thanks to ultrasound videos on YouTube. The following day, Jerry gave us another room without bats. Also the hotel is perfectly well located!

Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, 100 meters from city center. Air conditioner and hot water shower in room. Bed is very comfortable for good sleep.

Perfect base for Granada, exactly what we were after. While the weather wasn’t hot when we stayed, the pool was really appreciated to cool off. Host was really helpful in terms of dinner and experience recommendations, and breakfast was 10/10. Host even offered to help with an early breakfast on the day we left. Some reviews mentioned the host and their political views etc., but in reality we held very good and fair responses to current media topics. You don’t need to engage if not interested or knowledgeable about the topic, but that is his interest. No problems in my eyes.

Where to start? The pool, the location, the owner and staff. Just an excellent base for a few nights in Granada. Do yourself a favour and just stay here!
