This place is wonderful. I worked from here for two or three days and the coworking space was very comfortable and had great Internet. The location is a little bit outside of central Granada, but it was a quick and easy walk. The kitchen is very well equipped and well organized.

“Perfect for chilled stay in Granada”

Great place to stay in Granada. I had a single unit which had a double bed, bedding, mosquito neck, desk, fan, drawers for clothes. I also had my own bathroom with towels, which is in a separate unit with my own key for access. The place has a real chilled vibe, there is a communal area which often had one or two people in it. Typically Reading. It’s not a party place, it’s a place to relax. Shared kitchen is well equipped. There is also an elevated treehouse type area with four desks and chairs For working, this is above the hammock and seating area for more relaxing. Place is clean, gardens are lush, always being watered and kept nice. It’s a 10 minute walk from to the main square. I never felt unsafe walking, people are nice, and they’re are shops on almost every street, getting busier as you get closer to the centre of town. Staff very responsive on WhatsApp all the time and helpful. Definitely recommended if you want a chilled stay in Granada.

The little cabañas are comfortable, the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve seen in Nicaragua, staff was nice and friendly and the garden is a lovely place to hang out, it would be nice though to have more hammocks there. People working there were helpful and friendly.

It was very green and chill, not much going on during the day so perfect atmosphere to cool down after the activities you do. Also nice personal which checked us in (Borys), was very helpful when we asked him things. Laundry service available and works out good, even if you got limited time the personal takes care so your clothes are ready. Kitchen got everything you need to cook and was very clean.

“Lovely tropical paradaise in the city”

After my reservation I was receiving very useful details from Lorena, the owner of the accomodation. I stayed 6 nights in the cabana and from my arrival there was a fantastic Martha, who is taking care of all arrangements related to accomodation. Martha was greatly helping me all the time with the tours, shuttle bus, laundry and really nothing was a problém 😊👍 This is a little tropical garden in the city where u can rest in hammocks and enjoy birds singing. The cabanas are spacious enough, there are places to put clothes or the daily things in the bathroom. The place and cabanas are very clean!

The owner was extremely helpful answering all my questions despite being away. Room and bathroom are comfortable and clean and you have access to the kitchen and water!

Perfect location for couples that want to relax with their own space while also being close to the centre. Rooms were very comfortable and Ben was very accommodating, went the extra mile organising tours & transfers for us. There is space to relax and work if you need, as well as an equipped kitchen for you to enjoy.

I recently stayed at this charming hostel in Granada and it exceeded my expectations! Especially as a solo female traveler, it felt secure. I really appreciated Lorena and Liz’s commitment to creating such a safe space. The space itself is very charming: the cabins have a rustic, cozy vibe and then the outside garden area gives you that serene, tropical holiday feeling. Their co-working space was also a super convenient when I needed to get some work done. And of course as someone who loves to cook, the communal kitchen was perfect for me. Definitely a gem in Granada for those seeking a genuine and laid-back travel experience!

I was very happy to come back to this charming place. I came here already in August for 2 days. The location is great, just a few blocks from the downtown area in a very relaxed neighborhood. The cabins are simple and lovely. It is not like a normal hostel. It is more like a little co-living village. If you look for party crowds, this is not your spot. But if you need a relaxed place to stay, chill, work, cook, live and relax, you could easily stay here a couple of months. Lorena, the owner, was very helpful with organizing tours. For me the value for money was once again excellent. I'm looking forward to come back!

I stayed in a wonderful new build cabana. Everything is made with a eye for details. Everything was super clean and we'll maintained and the staff is very lovely and helpful. The location is very central as well. I can highly recommend casa caracola and I would definitely come here again in case of returning to Nicaragua.
