Perfect location, in the center of Gran Tarajal. The apartments are large and comfortable. The kitchen has all equipments what you need. We definitely recommend for Families and groups.

Excellent location in a small town, different in a positive way from the hotel behemoths that abound in Lanzarote. Very clean apartments in the very center of the town, with all the amenities that come with it, but providing a sufficient level of isolation from the outside noise and smell, despite the three restaurants below. Excellently equipped. At the same time, located practically on the beach - all you had to do was cross a small, charming, tree-lined square.

Comfortable spacious apartment in the centre of town. Very nice to have a bottle of wine left for us thanks! There was a small amount of street parking by the apartment or a free large car park around the corner the host gave us very good instructions how to find places to park. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away and there were restaurants and cafes below the apartment though the apartment was still quiet. Roof terrace with sea view (shared but with allocated space for each apartment) was nice. There were tables and chairs up there so you could eat up there (3 flights of stairs). Town had a nice feel, not touristy, they were setting up for a clown festival which looked like good fun, and only 20 mins drive to the beach resorts further south.

Great flat in great location on the beach. The host contacted me ahead of arrival and it was very easy to check in. The flat itself is very amenable and had everything we needed - spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and a child. The town is lovely - so Spanish and doesn't feel like the tourist resorts of the north. The beach is beautiful and the next beach is great too - plus the Oasis wildlife park is nearby which is great for families.

The apartment was perfect for a couple wanting a few days break. It was well equipped and comfortable, and ideally situated. 5 minutes walk to the beach and places to eat and drink.

Appartement was modern, but funny system of 1.No Air-conditioning in Bedroom 2.Guests have to climb up 35 to 40 steps with bags and luggage. 3.Guests have to bring there Garbage, empty plastic water bottles to depot some 600 meters away. 4.No change of Bedsheet, Toeels,Napkins etc.No in-between cleaning of Appartement. 5.Appartment complex in middle of Town Square, so till morning 3 ,4 AM you people public chatting ,talking loudly, COULD NOT SLEEP WITH OPEN WINDOWS, WITH CLOSED WINDOWS UNBEARABLE TO SLEEP IN STUFFY MUGGY ROOM WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING. 6.NEVER EVER AGAIN. 7.In Description tricky explanation saying Air-conditioning..but not mentioned its only in Small Lounge,Living room with Kitchen. 8.Felt cheated and ripped off. 9. Would not pay more then € 30 per day for such Appartement. Booking.com should get us Refund.

Location was excellent right in the centre of Gran Tarajal adjacent to shops and the beach. Gran Tarajal is a very Spanish town with little tourist directed attaractions which suited us fine but wouldn't be for everyone.

The location of this is apartment is really good. ‘40 minutes from the airport, 1 minutes from the ocean, and you can find Hiperdino, Eurospar and 24h shops also in some hundred meters. The size of the apartment is perfect for a family (we were 3 with a 6 yrs old girl), the bads are comfortable, the apartment was well cleaned. The communication and the chech in/check out was simple and fast.

Centrally located in Gran Tarajal within walking distance of the beach & restaurants & supermarkets. Property (2B) was spacious & light with a view of the beach. Additional outside space for sunbathing on the shared solarium. No parking with the property but plenty available for free in the immediate vicinity. Plenty of hot water whenever required & good shower. There was a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher & washing machine

The apartment is in an excellent location in the town centre, near the beach and close to market and some restaurants. There are many free public parking lots near the apartment. The apartment is big enough and the kitchen is well equipped. Here is a balcony with a sea view, which is not big enough for a family of four. But it is big enough for two people to drink a glass of wine in the evening. The host is very friendly and always available. And most importantly for us, the apartment was clean with enough fresh towels for the whole week. Definitely recommend it.

It was very clean and new furniture, helpful host.In general small , friendly town, close to the supermarket, bus station, shops and restaurant, obviously beach.I like the sunset in this area, local people and restaurant.The beach has black sand and it is quite small, so it isn't busy.Cheaper than in eg.Costa Calma, but in Costa Calma is amazing beach and the colour of the ocean.Up to You then :)
