Great location, lovely secluded balcony overlooking the beach and sea with a panoramic view. Spotlessly clean and , well equipped. Antonio provided a fantastic welcome pack and a very attentive host .

Oh, what a luxury apartment this is… the terrace tops everything off too. The owner obviously loves what he does and it shows. Communication was extremely fast - nothing too much trouble. Very generous arrival package. Superb quality beds. Great kitchen and cooking & eating implements. Well laid out accommodation with friendly & helpful arrival and departure staff. Previous comments have mentioned no lift: well, there was one being installed whilst we were there. Oh, and did I mention the terrace & sea views? To have two patio doors fully open at night, with the sound of the sea…. Bliss

Owner setup an early check-in for us, as we arrived 4 hours before scheduled check-in. Was very friendly and the appartment was lovely. Spacious, very clean and amazing views. Welcome basket was lovely and a great way to start the holiday.

A true hidden gem, great welcome with cooled drinks and snacks were waiting for us upon our arrival. Apartment was super equipped (even a coolbox, parasol and beachtowels). The view was breathtaking!

“Great vacation”

Great location, across the pedestrian road from the beach. The apartment is completely furnished, there is a complete set of dishes and kitchenware for preparing any kinds of food. Excellent welcome set with champagne, fruits, and sweets. It is very convenient that beach towels are available. There is a terrace with a great view on the ocean, where it's possible to take a rest or sunbathe. Furniture and kitchen equipment are in excellent condition. Beds are comfortable. There is an air conditioner in each room.

“Family holiday”

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay. The apartment has everything you will need. Nice,bright ,spacious, clean place to stay in a very local area. You definitely need a car to travel around the island and this apartment is in the best spot to access everything . We loved staying in a local area. Everyone around were so nice. It's a fantastic apartment and the host is really,really nice. & easy to communicate. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties, as its 4 flights of stairs without an elevator. Thank you ❤️

Antonio (the owner) contacted me a day before arrival and was prompt to answer all my questions on WhatApp immediately. The property was super clean and had fruits and drinks to welcome us. The apartment had awesome Internet connection, that allowed to me participate in some urgent and unexpected work meetings. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach is very good. As we were in March, it wasn't crowded and we enjoyed it after our daily trips to other, more known beaches. Note, that the property has its own parking lot right next to the building (the entrance is just opposite to Red Cross and local police office). The lot is somewhat difficult to find, as you need to drive past the gate and then through very narrow entrance. But it is really convenient, as street parking is really tough there.

there was nothing we didn’t like. The owner was super helpful, the views from the terrace were spectacular, the apartment was in top condition and with everything we could ask for. one point: there is very fast internet, ideal if you are thinking of working from home away from home. Gran Tarajal is a lovely little town, very relaxed and lots of friendly people.

This property is exeptional and it's a pity that most of the reviewers just give the maximum vote to everybody because this should really shine over the others. Antonio met us at the house and made us find an incredible welcome kit in the house. The apartment was really well equipped, with everything (really) we could need at hand, from the soap to wash dishes to an amazing amount of towels. The private parking was really convinient too. The terrace is gorgeous, with two sunbeds, a large table and a big shader. Ideal for lunchs and dinners. I could go on for ages listing good things. If I'll ever find this free again in the future, it will be my first choice.
