“Third stay and counting”

This is our third stay at this apartment and think that says it all. I am very impressed with the host and the precise information you are given about access and directions to the apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is WiFi, complimentary shower gel and a litre bottle of water. We have never made full use of the outside space but there is lovely seating in the patio area and conservatory porch. It is ideally situated for visiting our family. Thanks again for another fab stay 😀

I arrived at Alicante airport yesterday with nowhere to stay, and had to figure something out quickly. I came across this property and reached out to the host — he was incredibly responsive, replying within seconds of my booking (which I made at 11am), even though check-in wasn’t until 3pm. He very kindly let me check in early at 1:30pm, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. As a solo female traveller, it’s incredibly important to feel safe, and this place really offered that peace of mind. The area is very secure, and the property is gated, with several layers of access and safety. It’s very well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like toiletries, coffee, cold bottled water in the fridge, and even ice cream in the freezer. The host isn’t just a great host — he’s a genuinely kind and helpful person, which makes all the difference when you’re far from home. He was not only professional and efficient, but also truly hospitable.

The communication from the host was fantastic. It included photographs and description. The easiest access I have ever had. The bottled water and coffees left were a nice touch. They messaged throughout our stay. The property is spacious and impeccably clean. It is in clise proximity to the bars, cafes and restaurants along the main road. We will definitely stay again as we are regularly in Gran Alacant to visit family. Thank you so much ♥️
