“Fab villa and location”

Villa was very comfortable , clean and had pretty much everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very secure location and the grounds are well looked after. Owner was easy to contact and Rosa, the property manager was an absolute star! Within a 5 minute walk to great bars and restaurants, just under a 10 minute walk to the bus stop if you wish to go further afield with a lovely clean and quiet beach just opposite the bus stops. We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to go back.

“Cosy house”

A cute little house. Comfy couch, comfy beds, great sun terrace. 5 minute walk to a few restaurants and shop...and netflix...And Rosa, who picked us up from airport was a super star. She showed us around the complex, drove us around the area took us shopping. Such a wonderful lady.

The house is in a really well designed and managed urbanización with plenty of shade and greenery and very near the local bus stops. The swimming pools were lovely and not too busy. The house itself had everything we required, and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked really well in very hot weather. The roof terrace and outdoor space was a lovely bonus. We were especially grateful to Lynn for allowing us to check-in early and again for her flexibility on checkout.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful and Peaceful Home My children and I had a fantastic 10-day stay in this lovely house in Costa Hispania. The home is spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, which suited our family perfectly. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The house was very well-equipped — we had everything we needed and more. The host had kindly left us cold water and a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. We also found a wide range of essentials provided, including coffee, tea, sugar, as well as toiletries like soap and shampoo. It really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The area is calm and beautiful, with lovely pool areas, charming little parks, and fountains. It felt completely safe to walk around in the evenings, which we did often. The beach is only a 10–15-minute walk away, and there's a small local area nearby with cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store — all within a short walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable throughout our stay. All in all, this was a perfect holiday home for us, and we would love to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful place to stay”

The house was beautiful, immaculate and in a perfect location. Comfortable beds with air conditioned bedrooms for a good night's sleep, great showers and bathrooms, very comfortable and cozy living area. Patio area with furniture was nicely shaded, roof terrace with relaxing seating area and drying facilities. All kitchen equipment if needed. Basic toiletries/tea coffee etc provided which was very handy if travelling with just hand luggage. The complex is stunning, well layed out, quiet, cute traditional buildings, beautiful flowers and in a great location for both the restaurants and beach. All communication with the host was easy, friendly and efficient. Any questioned answered swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant on site was also great with very friendly staff and delish food but a bit hit and miss when open at the time of year we went. It was a lovely quiet area with a nice calm friendly vibe which was exactly what we wanted from this holiday.

“Costa Hispania - Gran Alacant”

Costa Hispania is a lovely complex with pool areas, tennis court/football pitch, and restaurant/shop. It is safe and well maintained. Our apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, and our hostess Lynn was very helpful with lots of information about the area. The beach is within walking distance and is beautiful, and there are several boardwalks onto it from the promenade between Costa Hispania and Arenales del Sol.

Lynn was extremely helpful, great instructions on finding property, keys etc and lots of additional info on the local area. The organisation is lovely, choice of pools, tennis & basketball court and place was so well maintained & clean. House was well equipped with extras such as bottle of wine (thanks!) tennis rackets, beach towels & chairs. The area is quiet but walking distance to beautiful beach, a few good restaurants close by.

We had really great experience with the accomodation. The owner was very nice, helpful, friendly and everything worked out perfectly. We had great instructions where we can find the keys and everything was really easy. In addition, we got some extra info about the surrounding area and things which are around to check out. For our welcome, we found some wine and some other nice goodies which was really nice and thoughtful. The beds were prepared nice as well and we found nearly everything which we needed to have a nice stay.

The roof terrace was fantastic. The urbanisation was lovely and quiet. There was a short walk to the bus stop but was easily doable. The beach at playa de Carabassi was a short walk too and was excellent. I would highly recommend this as it was lovely. The hosts are always willing to help and are very friendly.

“Wonderful sunny location near the beach! Beautiful Place.”

DLoved the location close to the beach and lots of places to go out nearby. We loved the pool as well we've stayed in Gran Alacant before and this one was such a lovely place to be. The owner was very helpful and the lady that looked after us if we needed anything. The Gardens are beautifully kept and lots of exotic plants there which was lovely and theres a restaurant and bar on site. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

“Excellent very relaxing stay”

Location was great. House in a very well maintained complex a short walk from a sandy beach. Swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball all in the complex. Lots of restaurants nearby and Aldi within walking distance. Plenty of room in the house with 3 nice bathrooms and a choice of sunny terrace or shaded balcony to sit out. Slept well in beds with comfortable mattresses. We would definitely return here.

“A truly lucky last minute find for a perfect family break!”

Prime location for a young family - 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to nearest bus stop, 2 minute walk to tourist train. Four pools on site to choose from, clean, friendly and spacious. Excellent local restaurant and bar on site - what a hidden gem - lovely staff and excellent food. Grounds were beautiful and relaxing. Villa itself amazing, such attention to detail - everything from mosquito spray to bucket and spade for little one (!), games, pool chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Especially appreciated the airport pick up and introduction from Rosa who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and car seat to hand for a toddler!
