“Short break”

The apartment was very clean, lots of extras, 2 English channels on the TV, Pila and her son very helpful and gave lots of tips for our visit. Because the apartment is on a hill, some great views when you go for a walk.

A good starting point if you want to visit Costa Blanca - from Denia up to Torrevieja but also plajas of Murcia (La Manga, San Pedro del Pinatar, Cartagena). The apartment met our expectations – was clean and fully supplied. We even got some small surprise from owner – local food.

Great responsiveness to any queries - very impressive! Good for walking in the natural park area to both Santa Pola and the beach area, although the latter is a good pull up the hill on return! Well equipped kitchen and handy to have the small internal courtyard to hang washing. Comfortable bed and excellent black out shutters to aid sleep!

“Perfect and relaxing”

Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. As our flight was delayed,Pilar and her husband kindly waited for us with the keys and showed us around. They also left some refreshments for us so as hosts, they were excellent.

We liked everything. The apt was clean and there was everything one needs for perfect holidays - all necessary kitchen utensils, more towels than even needed, good mattresses, good wifi, iron, nice outdoor space for eating, parking spaces, 3 pools etc. Also restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was helpful and answered quickly. It seems she has been thinking about every little thing guests might need when on vacation....

Great location, very responsive hosts, always had place for car near the apartment, in general very calm neighborhood. Few nice restaurants in few minutes walk, great bakery around the corner for fresh breakfast, bread and croissants. Absolutely suggest this place - it's great price/performance!

“Confortable”

The apartment is cozy, clean, well equipped, located in a gated complex, with parking space. I was there in February and it was warm enough with the air conditioning in the living room and the radiators in the bedrooms. The host was very kind.

Lovely place that has everything you need - well equipped kitchen, good internet speed, washing machine, AC and heaters. It was very clean as well. The owner is super nice, helpful and easy to contact with. The apartment is located in a quiet, cozy district.

We loved our stay here,spacious and our outside space was great, it had shade and sunshine. We would highly recommend it.pilar was a wonderful host.

We were met at the time, agreed by a very friendly person. This made access very easy, Pilar explained everything about the facilities. And before we got there we received a very informative welcome pack about the area. The apartment was fab. It had everything you needed, a real home from home. Air con was brilliant.

The cleanliness of the apartment, everything you would need for your stay and more ,fabulous quiet and safe location ,a balcony plus a terrace and of course Pilar an amazing person ,always at hand if you needed help with anything .A car would be handy but not necessary as there are bus stops around the area .
