“Delightful”

Taulant and Claudiana have set up a really well-thought out, stylish hotel offering a lovely, peaceful experience with views over the surrounding countryside; and they are great hosts. The food - delicious, interesting, plentiful, and great value - was a treat, particularly accompanied by lots of different, very good Albanian wines. The building has an interesting back-story too! Taulant kindly put us in contact with local guide, Arjen Koci, based in Gramsh, who took us on 4x4 excursions to nearby Sotire and Grabove i Siperme. Arjen was fantastic, relaxed and very accommodating, looking after our group well across the day in journeying to these places which are slightly difficult to reach. We were very grateful to Taulant for putting us in contact with Arjen. We would definitely come back to Hani i Taulant - and to see Arjen again!

It is very beautiful building, nice equipment. Fresh garden around with domestic animals. You can enjoy local food,drinks mainly from this village. Hani I Tauland are very nice and friendly. Food is very delicious.

“Magical place, you must stay here!”

Magical place! The whole place is handmade made by the owner and all the food is grown and cooked on site as well. The owner is an amazing chef and puts love into everything he does. From start to finish we were made to feel like home. Also all the amenities were 10/10 like your staying in a luxury farm house.

Our host made our one-night stay absolutely smashing. The place is tucked away in a quaint little village, surrounded by farm animals that really add to its charm. Our host was ever so helpful, giving us the lowdown on all the best sights and tips for our trip around Albania (e.g. canyon nearby, best beaches in the southern part). We had dinner there, which was simply delightful, showcasing some homemade specialties and local delicacies that were just scrummy. The Queen room was very comfy, with a bath offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was cosy and quite spacious. The place itself is a proper looker, like an old wooden barn but kitted out with all the modern comforts. Top notch, really!

Stunning place with great views, Taulant and his family were exceptional hosts, nothing was to much trouble and it was clear how invested they were in ensuring we had a fab stay. The room was very nice and had a modern bathroom. The food and drink were impressive, everything was made from scratch, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We would definitely stay here again, this isn't a hotel, this is an experience!

When travelling with the motorcycle or bike, the location is superb close to the mythic SH-71. It's very cosy, has a great history which the owner thought us, everything was just fine.

This is an incredible hotel that is also like a farm stay. It is super comfortable and the food is locally sourced and the owner is a master chef! This is a fantastic place to unwind and stay a few days!

We originally chose this stay for its convenient location near friends we were visiting, but it quickly became the highlight of our trip. The place is a hidden gem! We were so impressed by the charming atmosphere that we decided to dine there as well. The food? Absolutely mouthwatering—everything is sourced from local farmers or right from the Inn’s own farm. Each dish was presented with such artistry and care, and the descriptions added an extra layer of appreciation. The owner and staff made us feel like old friends, and their warm hospitality made our stay exceptionally comfortable. There’s plenty to explore in the area, but trust me, this is the place to stay and eat. Already counting down the days until our next visit!

“Gorgeous getaway on the Devoll River with top-notch dining and service”

This was a kind of a godsend coming off a long, busy work trip, and I hope to return and explore the area more! Rooms have great ambience with raw wood furniture and views out to the river; all amenities are new and comfortable. Staff really took care of me - fantastic spread of meze, meat, salad, qofte, etc. came in under 20 euros for dinner, and when I had to leave unexpectedly early, they packed a breakfast for me to take. Highly recommended.
