“No stay, still pay!”

We did not get to stay the night here as they didn't provide instructions to enter the property, answer messages from me or answer the phone. This property has seen fit to keep the full amount of my booking and ignore all messages and phone calls from myself and booking.com since then. If I could leave a worse review, I would. I deserve a refund for their shoddy service and they have continued to ignore all requests for one. I would understand their no refund policy if it was me who had not showed up but it was them. Do not book here unless you want to pay for a stay that you won't have.
