“Perfect!!”
I can't describe it in words. It was all perfect: Staff, Facilities, Comfort, Decor, Food: They had everything. To make things even better, they had drinkable water and cookies brought into the room every night. Plus, they refilled the free mini bar every day. To top it all, their X-mas eve Buffet was magnificent. The small details made them It is the best hotel I have been to in Latin America.

“Cozy hotel, log cabin meets Brazilian design in heart of Gramado”
Small hotel, family-owned, cottage style in the heart of Gramado. Walk in distance to main street as well all restaurants. Decor is log cabin chic with a twist. Dishes are typical Brazilian cuisine and local bartender André makes difference . Bed and linens are of good quality, shower and amenities excellent

Exceptionally well located next to everything. The design of the hotel reminds Swiss alpes boutique hotel. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!!! The hotel staff were always smiling and very pleasant. The cleaning ladies left the room spotless everyday, they even folded all my clothes and kept everything very neat. Another nice touch was the sweets left on the bedside table every evening to have sweet dreams. All in all top spot. I am looking forward coming back.
