Staff weren't helpful at check in. We booked 2 rooms to accommodate 5 ppl but only 4 could come. So we asked if we could have 2 double rooms instead of one triple and a double. I was told that our booking was made via booking.com. Staff then said I need to leave for a moment and just left us. He returns and says that the other 2 guests could give the bookers name at reception to check in. Later I found out that they were given the triple room. The hotel didn't seem that busy. Disappointed as thus the second time we were treated differently for using booking.com.

Excellent hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Price was somewhat lower than similar hotels in the city. Great variety for the breakfast. Enormous, comfortable bed.
