“I don’t think this is just for this hotel but the entire Gramado and Brasil are extremely overpriced for what they offer”

Extraordinary staff. 10-star food and beverage service. Very clean and extremely comfortable room. Location is amazing. Unparalleled attention to detail. The best choice in Gramado. Romantic.
