“Very good stay but a lot of things could be improved.”
Excellent service from the staff. The elevator didn’t function. We thought it was one unfortunate incident but after reading other reviews, we understood that it’s a regular issue. It would nice if they install one additional elevator- one for service and one for guest which is a standard need in such buildings in the region. Bathroom was very clean & the room was excellent.

Spa staff was apparently on vacation, and yet there were pamphlets everywhere about the spa - obviously we only got to know they were on vacation once we asked about the times. Room service one night was simply closed for no reason. We didn’t have a bad stay, however our expectations were just not met for a hotel this caliber.
