“Poor experience”
Staff tried very hard. Very dedicated people. However, facilities, utilities and location were very poor. I think it just did not work for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

“One of the best places in Gramado”
I recommend the Chocolând hotel in Gramado! I felt like I was in a fairy tale in this castle, it's wonderful, starting with the reception where upon arrival they already had a wonderful hot chocolate to welcome us, the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Anyone who stays here will want to come back, just like I did, who liked it so much that I came back again, I loved the experience, I can just suggest anyone to go there!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect for family with young children. Great breakfast. You can make your on chocolate bars.
