“Incompetent and awful staff”
It was a very unpleasant experience for us, the staff was very rude and racial towards us, we came from Romania with our family and we didn’t expect to get any of the problems that we had from our first minute at the hotel. The reception staff tried to get 300€ extra on top of the money that we already paid, without explanation, and they were getting angry because we didn’t answer their questions in their language, staying for hours to make them understand that we not going to pay extra for no reason , and in the end they said it was a booking app issue, apparently they thought we had 3 extra people who didn’t pay, and ended up proving to them that they were wrong, we had booked 3 rooms , we regret that we chose that place for our trip

Everything was spot on. We had a fantastic room with a great view. Food was great, personel was great, breakfast the best we had in a hotel, beds realy comfortable. Spa was also clean and nice, everything felt clean and as it should. Top place.
