“Worst hotel nit providing date change”
Very bad i asked them to change date as i was ill and i told i will submit doctor certificate but still they refused and last day they said yes then they said again not possible, worst coustomer service

The location was beautiful, and the view was absolutely lovely. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom was clean, and everything, including the water, was excellent. The room did not have air conditioning, but the weather was pleasant during our stay, so it was not an issue at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation comfortable and welcoming. 😊

“Do not stay here”
Beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly, but they never seemed to be at reception so when we needed urgent help there was no one around.

“Amazing”
The location was nice. The room had great view. Amazing customer service at the reception desk. We met with Sabina who helped us check in and gave us transport cards that let us travel around Garmisch by bus for free.

Hotel provided us with a ‘Grainau card’ for public transport which allowed us to travel anywhere in Grainau and Garmisch-Partenkirchen free of charge.
