“Great stay, though the shower was quite disappointing”
Lovely property with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was really regal. Our room wasn’t ready at checkin but the girl at the desk sorted it and didn’t take long. Relaxing and peaceful

“Badersee”
I like that the hotel is located near the lake and Eibsee is also close. Many options for light hiking. Breakfasts and dinners were actually very good too. I, personally, recommend booking half board.

Stunning location right by the lake with breathtaking mountain views. It’s a bit outside the Garmisch-Partenkirchen town center, but if you're traveling by car, you can park for just €10 a day. A huge plus is the Grainau guest card provided by the host — it gives you free rides on the bus between Eibsee and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

“The most beautiful location and our room and the facilities were amazing, perfect for a relaxing weekend away!”
When we walked in our room we were blown away by the view! Also our room was very spacious and comfortable. The Wellness space was beautiful and the masseuse, Ulrike, gave the most lovely relaxing massage - thank you Ulrike! The food offered was all delicious, we particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The location was amazing and the hotel is located very close to the bus stop, which makes it easy to visit Eibsee or pop into town. We had a lovely weekend here :)

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very romantic location, great skiing and hiking opportunities, if you’re up for that one. Great selection for breakfast, magnificent dinner. The spa was very pleasant.

“Amazing lake view”
The hotel is in a truly beautiful location right by the lake. The view from our room was stunning — we were genuinely amazed by the scenery. Breakfast was good, although a bit more variety would have made it even better. Walking around the lake and feeding the birds was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, especially for families with children. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the natural surroundings, and the wonderful view.

“Almost Perfect Stay, Bedding Needs Attention”
The hotel was beautiful and very clean, located in a lovely setting by a lake with stunning surroundings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We booked the half-board option, and the dinner was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Location!! And the view at the back😳 Perfet place to stay when visiting zugspitze! Perfect location with enough parking and breakfast is great. The lake and the view is a bonus, real heauty!
