View, room space, room comfort

Easy to feel at home in our large room with table and chairs, sofa and balcony. Great breakfast in a great breakfast room with views over the valley to the Zugspitz. The interior is full of local character. Easy walk to the town square, bus stop, restaurants and train station. I booked 8 different B&Bs on this touring holiday and this was my favourite.

Beautiful apartment, very well-kept property with beautiful gardens. Right next to the center, close to shops and restaurants. Room with view at the surrounding mountains. Good breakfast

Amazing view

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast! Surprisingly quiet, both from fellow guests and the road, which was not very busy. Easy walking distance from the centre of Grainau, where there are a number of restaurants. Beautiful views from our room. We hope to return in the summer.

Location is perfect. Parking is available. Bus stop is very close if you want to use the bus. The host is very nice. I was there during Christmas time. She decorated it very nicely. Breakfast is also very good.

Everything. The rooms are one of the cleanest rooms ive seen in Germany, and the staffs are beyond nice. Always willing to answer questions. The hotel even provided us with a ticket, that we can use, when we travel the whole Grainau with public transports.

The Host is Simply an amazing person. She is here everytime and very very helpful, very kind, very polite. The place is very very clean, the room was extremely clean as well as the toilet and bathroom. We got a small water, Haribo and chocolates in the room. Heater was very good and very hot water. Breakfast was good for us, boiled eggs, cold meats, bread, cheese, butter, cereals, coffee, tea and juice. The property is old but very nice with beautiful decoration. A fridge is available with drinks at very cheap prices.

Great view, room, near Zugspitz and Eibsee. Easy public transportand great to have your own car - everything's very near.

My wife and I were travelling for past 30 years throughout the world, and House Florian is one of the best accommodations we had ever had. The rooms are large, well equipped, spotlessly clean. I always pay attention to engineering details and quality of finishes, and House Florian is a fine example of German quality and precision. The host, Carmen, I may be poor in my expressions – she is just amazing, to say the least… Always smiley, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended place for visitors looking for peace, and skying in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen – most notably the Zugspitze.

Great location, very clean big room. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful host. Generally very good experience.

- Clean room and best mountain view!!! - Accessible even when using the public transport. The cogwheel station was less than 20mins away by foot. The Eibsee bus stop is 4 minutes away. - There are several restaurants around the area. - Owner is very friendly, approachable and accommodating!
