This detached holiday home is quietly situated in a top location in Grainau. the family-run Ferienhaus Alpenperle has a south-facing terrace offering unobstructed views of the Waxenstein and Zugspitze mountains. Newly built in December 2017, this mixture of traditional and modern accommodation for up to 9 people features 3 double rooms with a TV, 1 twin room and 1 single room. One of the rooms also comes with an infrared sauna. On the ground floor, guests can find a spacious living room with fireplace, a large dining table and an Alpine-style couch. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi access is provided. There is an on-site children’s playground and trampoline. The apartment owners love sports and nature. They are happy to provide tips for visiting the surrounding area. The double garage is heated in winter and is ideal for storing ski equipment.

“Lovely house in the perfect location!”
Amazing location, we love Grainau. Easy access to Zugspitzbahn. Communication with hostess was great. We had everything we needed in the house and she was very accommodating when we had requests. Our dog and daughter loved the spacious garden and the views were incredible! We cant wait to come back in summertime!
