“Nice location and nice staff”

The staff are really nice, breakfast was quite varied and dinners were tasty. The garden is a nice area and the location is also really good. The swimming pool could do with a bit of maintenance, but it was good for our son to have some fun.

The hotel and facilities were super clean and so nicely traditional Bavarian. The garden including a little playground and the river Kneipp walk were super refreshing and fun to play with / in. The hotel is also located right next to the “Bergwacht” house, which our son LOVED. At our departure we forgot a car key, but someone found it and reception called right away and waited for us to come back right outside the hotel. Great service!

Big rooms, clean, nice garden and kids play area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel and rooms are spacious, there is a large lovely garden with a play area for the children opposite the restaurant terasse.

“Best Location”

The hotel is really good. Location is perfect near to Eibsee lake and alpspitz. They have swimming pool, message bed. Overall it was really a pleasant stay.

Great staff esp all ladies in reception and restaurant.

“For the price it was perfect”

I arrived before the room was ready but the stuff let me take a shower and leave my luggage there. You get a free travel card for the train up to the lake and also the stuff told me everything there is to visit. The room was perfect, spacious enough for one person. The breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel with comfortable facilities!

There was a beautiful stream flowing through the courtyard, and although the water was very cold, the children enjoyed playing in it. There was also a playground for kids and a large pool facility near the hotel, making it a great location for families with children.

Very beautiful alpine hotel, nice wellness included, lovely staff and very good food. The nearby lake Eibsee is just stunning. Perfect stay!

Very complete hotel. There are pool and sauna. Breakfast delicious. Staff very nice. Good location, 10 minutes on foot to the Grainau station, very convenient to go to Eibsee and Zugspitze! Grainau city is so nice and the view is amazing!

Very cozy hotel and room. The staffs were nice. The train station to zugspitze is only few minutes away from the hotel by walk.
