“Comfortable, clean, great breakfast, great host and price recommend”

The host Deb supplied an amazing breakfast great orange juice, free range eggs, sourdough bread and real butter. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils to cook for many and some chocolates and biscuits. Bathroom had ample towels etc.

Form the communication of checking in to the feeling of the house making it a homely experience. The house is so comfortable and it has that kick back and chill feel. The fridge was stocked with food and condiments to use. The feel of the place was great! Walked in and felt right at home. The fridge was filled with food and kitchen stocked up. Especially nice after a long drive. Much nicer than traditional motel/hotel.

Our wonderful host organised milk and bread to be in there for our arrival but there were so many other bits and pieces we could use in the kitchen ie coffee pods, coffee, tea, jams, bacon and a couple of frozen dinners and too many more to list.

Deb was an amazing host, meeting us on arrival, and showing us through. She has thought of everything- the house is so well equipped. The house had that beautiful heritage charm. Reminded me of my holidays with my grandparents as a kid. Location is great- easy walk to everything. Would definitely stay again!

The fact that it had stove and fair few essential kitchen tools, cooking oils and etc saved me a lot of time and money on buying these items.

Deb thought of everything we could need and more, super hospitable. The property was perfect for what we needed giving comfort, style and space.

The house is full of historical character and has been tastefully decorated with lovely antiques. It's in a fantastic location close to the city centre too. There's aircon and a very large TV in a comfortable sitting area upstairs, perfect for watching a movie on Netflix, as well as another TV downstairs in a more formal lounge room. The host was extremely thoughtful and efficient, meeting us on arrival to check us in and providing us with free range eggs from her chickens, bacon, bread, juice, milk, 2 types of muesli, spreads, condiments, chocolates and even washing powder. She also helped us to turn on the gas oven and gave us useful suggestions (e.g. her recommendations of the historic Crown pub beside the river for dinner and the Wooli and Minnie Waters beaches were spot on).

It’s location is excellent for accessing town easily and it’s proximity to the river and other places of interest is excellent

Greatly appreciated that Deb provided breakfast supplies, especially some eggs from her chickens. It was all very comfortable.
