“Great view to the sea, close to the beach and the old town.”
Great views from the balcony and very friendly staff. The old town, the sea and the beach are very close, and you can park on site. (It's probably best not to move your car too often during your stay. The parking spaces are tight, and maneuvering in and out can be tricky when the lot is full.) Although the room is a bit outdated, but still good value for the price.

I can highly reccoment this hotel if you are a family of 3 and book the "family room" with balcony to the sea (that is the important part!). It was wonderful, to listen to the sound of the waves in the night. The staff was very friendly and we had everything we needed. The rooms are ok. Not super special, but ok. The fiew from the balcony is exceptional <3

The room was really small, but it felt really okay and it was clean. On the other hand, there was a nice balcony and the street was not busy at all. The room had a fridge and an air condition. The breakfast was okay. If you ask, they allow you to put your bike to some storage room which is locked usually. I was cycling Alpe Adria route.

“Worth for the location”
We have already been to Stella Maris for several stop overs. You do not have to expect something fancy or new. It is outdated, not so practical (no sun shades ex), but why we always go there is because of the great location and the direct view to the sea. That is magical. If it is available, you can also park the car in the hotel's parking lot for 15 Eur/night.
