“Some mistakes, but worth it.”
The location, the staff, the breakfast is excellent. I'm comming back to this place, but will be more careful with the rooms, to be in front of the building, if possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt very well taken care of. The rooms weren’t like of the photo . We booked doubles and 1 of they they gave us 1 bed only. They separated us to send 1 of them to another hotel! Thanks god it was only 2 nights!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner was kind enough to save us an expensive taxi and walk to the bus station in the morning which was very much appreciated.

“Good location with friendly and helpful staff.”
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the centre but it is a quiet location so you are not kept awake by people at night. The staff were very efficient and friendly, we had a slight issue with our room on arrival and the housekeeping and maintenance people sorted it straight away with no fuss and very quickly. I was very impressed with them. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and always smile. There is bike storage in the lower ground floor which is perfect for cyclists plus there were bikes from the hotel to use around the town.

We asked for quiet room and got room on the 3rd floor right next to very loud ventilaters running 24-hours a day.
