Very good design! We felt very cozy and comfortable. Also, untypical for Italy, there was good air conditioning and a clean atmosphere. The personal was also very nice. It was also not a problem that we ordered more food for breakfast. Breakfast was tasty. We liked the pool as well. There was no problem with mosquitos.

“Beautiful lagoon.”
The hotel is in a beautiful location – it’s peaceful and comfortable. The evening silence, sunsets, and morning low tides are truly enchanting. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent.

“great stay far away from mainstream”
wonderful located in thr midddle of the swamps 10 k. before grado. perfect to relax. spacious and super clean rooms with balcony. the roof top pool is awesome

“Relaxing and beautiful”
We came here right after our wedding and it’s an excellent place to relax and breathe out. Super quiet, big comfy bad, the view, the service- we enjoyed everything. Will definitely come back.

“Excellent”
Great place with stunning view on the Grado lagoon. The terrace with swimming pool and sunbeds it’s a must during sunsets. Have enjoyed also the wine and finger food served at their bar. Cozy rooms and pretty good breakfast, super kind service. Looking forward to go back!

We especially loved Daniele, he took very good care of us and because it was my birthday even prepared a little surprise :) The location of the hotel is exceptional, we loved every minute!!
