“Nice and comfy”

Great location, it was at walking distance of many restaurants and stores, and 5 min walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped, very comfortable and plenty of space for us as a couple.

Fantastic location, well stocked apartment (if you want to cook), great having a washer/dryer, lovely balcony, great breakfast pastries and coffee, 2 minute walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants very good wifi, and Ariel is the best host. Thank you Ariel, we had a wonderful time

“Second Stay”

This was our second visit to the Inn at Grace Bay in three years. Things are pretty much as they were before, and as such, for my complete comments, please see my Trip Advisor review from February 2023, or a truncated version on Booking, as amended below. After much research, to my mind the Inn provides the best value for money spent on accommodation at Grace Bay; excellent facilities, and optimal proximity to both the beach, as well as restaurants and grocery shopping. For this trip, we were in unit 131, which was somewhat of an improvement over our previous unit, having been recently upgraded. Sadly, no Vancouver BC television available in this unit, but we did appreciate the Toronto stations carried to keep up with goings on in Canada. The Samsung smart TV made streaming of stored programs off Netflix and Amazon Prime off our Samsung tablet easy. Another upgrade that is most welcome was the addition of a sturdy wagon for use hauling groceries back from the Graceway Gourmet store. According to Jane, this wagon was gifted by a previous visitor to the Inn; whoever that person was, they deserve a serious amount of positive karma for their action. No more need for taxis or a rental car for shopping. Ariel and Jane Ortega continue to be a great help and support to their guests, and are a valuable asset to the operation of the facility – many thanks to them.

Although i needed to check out before my latenight flight, i was allowed to continueto use the pool area and i was also able to freshen up in an apartment before leaving for the airport which wasverymuch appreciated.

“Overall ok”

Location - very nice. Room - Size ok, good if you have a family/children in order to cook. Stayed 3 nights, no cleaning at all. Price/quality - expensive for it’s amenities and room quality. Breakfast - very very simple, no variety at all. Water, coffee, 1 pastry per person… Pool - good size Beach distance - very nice Manager - nice person, would help you whenever you needed. Tip: if you want to rent a car, 10% discount at Grace Bay rentals if you stay at the inn

“Amazing place!”

Everything was great! Ariel and his family were super friendly, the beach is a 2-mins walk from the property. The swimming pool was a bonus after a long beach day! The apartment is fully equipped, super comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent coffee with pastries and bagels/croissants by the pool. It always felt good after a long morning walk/run on the beach. Many thanks to our host Ariel for providing this between 08.00-09.00AM. Location was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach. Sunbeds available for the guests of the Inn. Parasol is available in the apartment. The beach location is one of the best part of Grace Bay Beach, quiet and spacious. The Inn at Grace Bay is located only 2-10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, pharmacy and medical center. The apartment has a comfy double bed, a sofa bed. The kitchen is fullt equipped with everything you need. There is also a lovely balcony. A washer and dryer where also in our apartment, so we could wash our clothes.

“Excellent Value Condo at Grace Bay”

We spent a very pleasant couple of weeks here in late January/early February of 2023. The Inn is located at the beginning of Grace Bay village, located close to several excellent restaurants and the Grace Bay Gourmet grocery market is within a 15 minute walk. The building is modern (early 2000’s). Security is by entry code, with a latch type system once you’re in the room. Parking spaces are adequate (we never saw it full), but unsecured. Note that the units are individually owned, so comments regarding facilities may not apply to all units. For the one bedroom unit we had, living room size was more than adequate, with a large balcony with room for a table for four, in addition to a chaise lounge. I was a little concerned about sunlight on the balcony (we were on the top floor), but with the angle of the sun while we were there, there was always shade available. Bedroom size was adequate, with a large dresser and a full closet with several hangers. We particularly appreciated the two luggage stands – something other accommodations should provide – what couple travels with one piece of luggage? The king size bed was comfortable, with no “lumpiness”, albeit a little soft for our preference. The bathroom was adequate, with a strong and straightforward shower and modern elongated toilet. A personal pet peeve of mine is bathroom sink stoppers that don’t hold water, and squeaky doors. The Inn at Grace Bay passed both tests with flying colours. The outdoor areas were very pleasant and well maintained, with a good sized pool for the size of the property, which was cleaned twice weekly. Grace Bay beach is a five minute walk away. “Charming stay at Grace Bay”

The Inn at Grace Bay is located a few steps from the Grace Bay main street with lots of restaurants and stores. The apartment was very comfortable and the bedroom was a good size and a king-size bed makes the difference. Nice pool and a very quiet place.
