“Have low expectations and all will be fine.”
Breakfast was basic but ok. Rotate boiled eggs and bacon one day and scrambled egg the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful but stretched so always a wait to get help. Location very good and 5 mins walk to beach.

the room smells, i think because of humidity. a room needs to be proper keep open windows to always have fresh air, but if onlu A/C is on it smells.. unfortunately because the room as a room is great and the breacfast could be upgraded a bit

“Nice location and worth the value.”
The staff was friendly. I met Bernard, Andre, and Watson. I like the staff social where there were light snacks and happy hour. I thought breakfast would just be yogurt and bagels but there were eggs and meats as well. The hotel was clean. The staff was the best.

“The resort location is premier. It’s easy to navigate the community. Staff friendly and helpful.”
The location was excellent since it was easy to walk to coffee and gift shops and other amenities. The beach was amazing and the staff was helpful. It seems the place is due for an upgrade and investments made to further support the professional development of the team. Overall we enjoyed the location of the Ports of Calls.

“This hotel is like a fairy tale”
This hotel is like a fairy tale ....they also have on site shops, pool, delicious local ice cream etc they have a small shuttle and can bring you to the beach that is actually 2 min away, free chairs on the gorgeous Grace Bay beach, supermarket Gracebay Gourmet right near where they also have cooked food if you find the restaurants expensive, hospital right near if you are with kids and might need, police station right near if you are worried about safety. Great people working there, we loved them all and had a dream time! Thank you!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the resort! The staff was so personable and friendly! Delicious, hot breakfast every morning. The walk to the beach was short and so worth it! Our family will definitely be returning!

“Great value for the money near a beautiful beach.”
Ports of Call was a great value for the money especially compared to other properties nearby. While we were not directly on the beach it was only a short walk to the beach. The beach set-up for the property was on a beautiful stretch of the beach with plenty of room. The pool area was very nice with lots of chairs and games.

“We would definitely return here on our next trip to Turks and Caicos. This is a great place.”
The location was great. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The beach was just beautiful and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We were able to get to know several of the staff who we really enjoyed talking with to learn more about the island.
