Located in the town of Rakovica, guesthouse Osana is just 8 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. All rooms have bathroom and satellite TV, some also provide a balcony. The staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful. Everything is well‑maintained and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and there is parking right in the property’s courtyard.

Everything was perfect! We stayed there for one night! The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and Osana was more than friendly and helpful! Quiet neighborhood in a village close to plitvice lakes and rastoke village. It was a really valid for money choice! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had to deal with a broken car and unfair treatment at the service station that day, so we didn't enjoy our stay at all, which is a shame, because everything was nice and the welcome was warm.

Very kind and friendly hosts with a beautiful house. The room has everything you need and is very clean and spacious. Parking behind the house is great. With the beautiful Plivitce Lakes National Park just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was so peaceful & beautiful, the host was exceptional, so friendly, generous welcoming & kind, we will definitely come back if we can. The rooms were spotless, had a fridge, tea/coffee. It was perfect!

I feel guilty, 4 of us paid less than 60 Euro for this charming Gem. We drove from Split towards Plitvice NP Grabovac arriving near sundown. House Osana B&B was a 10 min drive past NP Entrance 1 and 6 min from the posh Plitvice Resort with its great family appropriate restaurant. Our APT was the entire 2nd floor of a charming white, well groomed house. Parking was in the driveway. The hostess met us as pulled in. As we were mom, 7y/o twins and grandpa, the 2 large bedrooms were perfect. The separate kitchen dinning area allowed the adults to enjoy the Eve. The balcony view was rural foothills. We were out for the 8-9 AM slot to hike loop F from Entrance 1. Loop F allows the fog to dissipate before the boat ride and Big Falls hike. We really liked this place.
