The surroundings was wonderful. Quiet, feeling of safety. The whole experience with the pool, braai and stoep was inviting and made you feel relaxing on a farm.

Niles is a wonderful host and gave us excellent tips on walks and drives in the area ; the cottage really nice and in beautiful surroundings; the outside braai area has wonderful views ; Charlotte did our washing for us - all in all a wonderful 3 days . The drive up Erasmuskloof is a must .

The bathroom is spacious and impressive. The poolside area is sheltered from the wind and perfectly positioned to make the most of the sunset.

This was a special kind of stay, we loved it! Communication was great: Thank you for being so extremely helpful all the way along - and sending over your furry friends for the extra morning chat! The location is perfect for a quiet night with amazing skies. The only bit of a challenge was our arrival on a rainy night. As of last month, it was quite a bit of slippery off road driving - if you have a low clearance or very light car, maybe wait a few minutes before you make the drive from the main road.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. Nestled on a beautiful farm, the location offered breathtaking views that stretched for miles in every direction. Waking up to stunning sunrises and winding down with unforgettable sunsets made each day feel special. The peaceful, quiet surroundings created the perfect escape from the busy everyday life. It was incredibly relaxing to be immersed in nature while still enjoying all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The room was absolutely adorable, with such a cozy and welcoming feel. We especially loved having our own private swimming pool!! The location was perfect, peaceful and far from the noise, yet still close enough to town whenever we needed anything. And as a bonus, we loved seeing the little and big cows right next to us—it added such a unique and charming touch to the experience! We truly had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Location is perfect, close enough to town to pop through for anything you need and remote enough to really experience farm life. The farm is an organic cattle farm, so please try their beef, it is exceptional quality.
