The breakfast could have been a little bit more comprehensive considering the coffee selection.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Has washing machine in room. 7/11 in the hotel lobby for small needs. Near Kintex if you are attending exhibition.

The breakfast is great! The location to KINTEX and shopping malls is prefect. It's clean, compact, smart and you are not disturbed by the hotel staff. I didn't sight and cleaner while in k-tree, yet they come around to clean.

“Best spot available when attending Kintex events”
Great room, great location, great staff. The washing machine in the room, the publicly available iron and ironboards in the business center, and the 7-Eleven on the ground floor were all a massive plus!! 5-minutes walk to Kintex 1 & 2.

“Terrible”
Forgot a electric tooth brush, soap, pantie and a T shirt there. Impossible to ignore them, but tell us never found. We made several calls to hotel just in a few hours, we said please help to check and call back. Result: Never called BACK !!!!!
