“Nagyon jó”

The rooms are on the first floor of the novel apartment. Facilities were more than enough for us. (microwave, water heater, toaster) Great view of the sea and to the right, the rocky shore. The owner and staff are also very nice and helpful. In the evening we received a gift melon or pudding and bottled water. Dinner can be enjoyed comfortably in the evening on the spacious balcony.At 8 p.m. there is complete silence - the restaurant closes, you can relax in peace. The sandy, slowly deepening beach is almost empty on weekdays - despite the high season - and full on weekends, but you can get a sun bed in the morning. We had lunch every day in the restaurant of the apartment house. We got huge and tasty portions. Overall, despite the "flaws" listed below, it is possible to have a good holiday here.

the location is unique with a fantastic view of the sea. the apartments are modern and comfortable. The beach is very beautiful with many small bays, sandy beach without stones. The boss is very friendly and accommodating. I'll be back for sure!

quiet place for relaxation, near the beach

Very nice place. We had basically our own beach just nearby, which was never overcrowded. The owner Andreas and his right hand Maria are the kindest people you will ever meet in Cyprus. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly.

We had a great time at Panayiotis apartments. Everything was perfect, just like it says on the booking. We are sorry that we didn't say goodbye and we would really like to come again! Thank you!

“Wonderfully peaceful stay near the beach.”

I had a wonderful time relaxing beside the sea as a solo and woman traveller. Andreas and Maria were extremely friendly and helpful. The flat was impeccably clean and the view from the balcony lovely. The property was safe and secure. There was plenty of parking. There was a bus stop nearby the property, which I assume meant that non-drivers could access Limassol easily, but I did not see any buses stop there during the Xmas season.

“Quiet place with a sea-view in a family-style hotel and pleasant beach”

We were travelling in Cyprus for 6 weeks (my wife, 1-year child and I) and stayed in different locations & hotel types, so I think we have quite good understanding of Cyprus accommodation to give a fair review. First of all, this is not a 4-stars hotel, it is a hotel of around 2-stars, family-run and with very friendly and nice host as mentioned in many reviews. The place is very good from price-performance point of view and we liked that we booked this hotel after arriving to Cyprus - it is relatively close from the LCA airport and normally quiet place to switch the mood to vacation mode and relax. This place requires car, otherwise, you will be totally locked here. Main advantages: - all rooms are sea-view. Taking into account the price - it is quite noticeable advantage. - very nice sea here - it is very close from the hotel, there is a shadow there and smooth sandy entry into the water. Especially makes sense for travellers with kids. Water is very clean, despite the fact that on the opposite side of the bay some tankers dock. - nice breakfast, good size of portions (but everyday the same, could be monotonous if you stay long). - very friendly hotel staff. - during our stay it was quiet. Tourists are normally coming to this beach during the day and after the sunset - everybody leave, becomes quiet and very good place to sleep well. - very close one of the POI - White Rocks, perfect place for the sunset viewing. - restaurant with different seafood, fair prices, taste of dishes is average, but we still liked it.
