Overview
Situated right on the sandy Governor’s Beach Costas offers spacious, air-conditioned studios with free Wi-Fi and furnished balcony or patio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Free sun loungers and umbrellas are provided outside the studios. A fridge and kettle are included in all studios at the Governors Beach Costas Apts. Each has a seating area with LCD TV and private bathroom. Restaurants and tavernas can be found within short walking distance. Free private parking is possible on site.

“Perfect Stay!!Total Relaxation Cleanliness, Hospitality, and a Peaceful Setting”
Our stay was excellent! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with a lovely and peaceful environment that made it easy to relax. The service was outstanding – the hosts were kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the beach, which is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. As for the factories located far in the distance, they had absolutely no impact on our experience and are not worth worrying about. Overall, a very pleasant and restful stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Nice accommodation and so beautiful view from balcony. Very nice beaches around and some restaurants near house with spectacular sea view. Owner so kind and helpful..we will back definitely for another holiday

“Right on the seashore 🤩”
If you want to be as close to the sea as possible, this is a good option. It has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. If you don't want to cook, there are several places nearby. The beach is beautiful. There are sun loungers, a shower, and a changing room. Elena is very hospitable 🙏 and the staff is great 😊

Elena was very friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. Communication was easy, and she really tried to help us – for example, when we had problems opening the windows.

Nobody tells you that the apartments look on an oil company. There is a construction side right from the apartments and the oil company to the left. Also the upper apartments are very small and the kitchen is not well equipped. Please check out google satellite before booking, we felt completely ripped off! 74 pictures of the lower apartments not mentioning the oil company in one picture!!! Never again sorry

“Great Destination for individual Travellers who want to explore the Island”
i liked the quite location as it is far away from the touristic centers like Lanarka or Limassol. the Highway is not far away so you have a good connction to explore the island. Rental car is highly recommended. The appartment was big enough and i had a great view to the Beach.

We had a wonderful experience at Costas Governor’s Beach Holiday Apartments! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — peaceful and close to the beach, perfect for relaxation. Our host, Elena, is amazing ❤️ — welcoming, attentive to details, and always ready to help with recommendations and a warm smile. We felt at home, yet on holiday! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, genuine hospitality, and beautiful scenery. We’ll definitely come back! 🏖️🌺

The accommodation was exactly what we were hoping for: spotlessly clean, peaceful, with a stunning sea view, and fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while watching the sunrise, and we loved the proximity of the sea with its unique beach where white rocks meet crystal-clear water. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday. On top of the comfort, the host, Elena, is exceptionally kind – always available if needed, yet wonderfully discreet. Highly recommended!

Everything. The apartment and surroundings were great, The owner Elena was really nice and welcoming, if we had any questions, she helped out as soon as she could. We stayed on the 1st floor and we had a nice, small terrace where to sit and have dinner 🍽️ in the evenings. The beach is just 3 minutes walk away, and has beach chairs and umbrellas just for 7.5€ per day, 2.5€ per item. Yes, to get there you need a car, and the closest shops are 10+km away, but there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes around there to get dinner for a decent price. All in all everything was great and I'll be going there again some day. 10/10
