Title: Refused Check-in, Refused Refund – Completely Unacceptable The property refused my check-in upon arrival and did not provide the accommodation at all. As a direct result, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation. Despite this, they refused to issue a full refund and only returned the cleaning fee. This means they charged me without providing any service. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about integrity and basic respect for customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
