If you want a peaceful place inside the National Park, on a walking distance to the lakes this is the place. Hosts were kind and have prepared a tasty dinner, while the views from the rooms are just amazing.

Peace and quiet, location, view, hospitality

This house is in the middle of the Natural Reservation Park! The view from our room was stunning! A nice terrace, set up with chairs and table, perfect to have our breakfast and late evening snacks. The hosts, husband and wife, amazing people. Thank you very much Tonga and Mario for your amazing hospitality. They even organised a nice barbecue dinner for both of us, with grilled fish, home made wine , delicious cheese, tomatoes salad and potatoes salad. The room was very clean, the kitchen has all the tools needed to prepare light meals. Thank you for the welcome wine! Just a note for those travelling to Mljet Island and staying for few days: is best to bring as much food (snacks) as u can , and wines. There are only 2 restaurants and quiet far. Otherwise, the place is amazing, quiet and great for walking in the woods and enjoying fresh air.

We initially picked apartments Angela because we wanted to stay within the national park. We wanted a little peace and quiet before going to hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. The village itself is lovely, with only a dozen houses and a couple of restaurants. The nature is breathtaking. I enjoyed my early morning coffee on the balcony with the amazing view. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts, Mario and Tonka are lovely! Meals on request option is available which we took and we were not disappointed! The meals were great, portions were large and price was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay in Mljet and we will definitively come back again!

The location is amazing if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the nature. The hosts are super friendly and supportive and the whole village is very picturesque and calm, friendly people and remote enough to not have too many daily visitors around.

Everything was excellent. Beautiful quiet surroundings, close to the beach. Accommodation was excellent, apartment owners very friendly and helpful.

Thank you Mario for your hospitality! very kind and sweet! that olive oil tasting was exquisit! and the appartement has everything we needed, not to forget the view over the Lake.

Most wonderful people on the planet, yet real and normal, sharing slice of their no-frills paradise. Hospitality here is off the chart, on the scale 1 to 10, I'd award 12, it is from different era and I wish it is preserved to infinity, we'll come back and enjoy every year.

Beautifully clean and well located in the park. Good facilities for cooking. Lovely views of the lake.

We had a wonderful four night stay here. It was so restful, peaceful and the view was beautiful from our balcony. It was a great spot to explore the National Park. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that you need.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming people and will always help you out, if you have a question or need something.

Tonka and Mario’s place is at a perfect location with stunning views. The apartment is great, very clean and has everything you need. Tonka and Mario are incredible hosts, very kind and helpful whenever we had any questions. Don’t miss eating at their place as it is the best meal and fresh fish we had all summer. We would definitely come again and totally recommend it.

“Hiking, swimming and enjoying the nature on Mljet”

The location is wonderful, it’s close to the point where the sea goes into the lake. You have this view from your balcony. Angela and her partner are warm hearted. They are offering dinner for their guests. We took this offer once and it was a great experience. Hiking trails start directly behind the accommodation. For a nature experience, good sleep with good food, we highly recommend this apartment 🙂

Apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place. Everything was clean and well prepared with all the necessary facilities. Host is very helpful and willing to provide info about the area, and also prepares dinner with fresh seafood to guests which I recommend to try. This is definitely a place where I will come back!

“Nice place to stay if you visit the Mljet National Park”

Great location close to the salt water lake and you have the pathway to Montekuc (a small mountain with fabular views) literally in the back yard. Great hosts, and free bikes to lend! The Island Mljet and the national park in which the apartment is situated, is just so beautiful (Be aware that there's 2 miles to the nearest grocery store!)
