“A great stay for a chill vacation with the group.”

I really liked the layout of the villa. It has a spacious living room and the terrance is really amazing. You also have a big tv outside if you like to watch something while you chill. All the rooms have AC which is a huge plus. The beach is really close. Moreover, 2 minutes away from the villa you can find shops and a lot of restaurants. The villa is on the 1st floor of the house. We don’t know if the host lives on the ground floor or there were other renters there, but it was like we were alone on the property - nobody bothered us. The host was also very responsive and gave us all the relevant details pre check-in & recommendations of places to visit. Thank you! I definitely recommend this place and I would come back happily.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was spacious, beautifully designed both inside and out, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was just as lovely. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! Very nice for a big family!

“Beautiful set”

The villa is beautifully set very near to the small beach in Gouvia and right and the entrance in the site of the Venetian Arsenal (built by Venetians in the 18th century. It’s a great pity that its historical value and touristic potential are completely and shamefully ignored by the local authorities.) It’s also very close to a handful of restaurants serving greek food. The interior of the villa channels its name, with beautiful old furniture, while the exterior terrace is an instant charmer, offering a lovely view over the sea. The villa is set on two floors, with three matrimonial bedrooms with their own bathrooms and two single rather small bedrooms, plus another bathroom on the first floor. There is a very large livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The host is very nice - my son accidentally broke one of the insects nets on the terrace and she did not mind, nor asked to pay for it on the spot, she said she would mend or replace it and then come back with the cost. She also made a parking place available for us, as the street is very narrow. The beach is maybe 2 minutes walk away, maybe shorter, if making it short through a yard that lies across the villa :). There are three or four organised beach areas with sun beds and two beach bars where we had lunch and drinks during the beach days.

Wonderful villa with cosy and large terrace where we spent a lot of our time. The view from the terrace was breathtaking over the gulf of Guvia. Shops, taverns and restaurants are 3 minutes walking away from the house. The host was helpful and supply for us free parking in front of the villa. Everything was perfect!
