It was a nice room - probably relatively newly renovated. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom with a shower cabinet. Clean and tidy.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean and cozy. Good ratio quality and price. 😊 The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the first moment. Communication was easy, and they were always available if I had any questions. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The studio was very clean with good facilities, we especially liked the espresso coffee machine and the air conditioning availability. All the team we met were very friendly and helpful. Also, the local business staff were friendly whenever we walked past them to access our room .

“New and cozy”
The best comunity - nicest people you can meet. From the owner and everybody living and working around the property. The room was clean, everything is new and cozy. We were there for 14 nights and It had everything we needed. There is a parking space, air conditioning and a good quality bed with nice linen. There are good restaurants/bars in the area, lot of shops, a pharmacy and a 5min walk to Gouvia beach.
