A very hospitable host, who sincerely cares about his guests, is available independently, which is very useful in atypical situations, such as the one that happened to us when the door fell off and we couldn't get back to the room because the keys were left inside. And it was early in the morning. We had to call the host ofc he was sleeping but didn't show any annoyance, and gave us a spare key. The sincerity was expressed in everyday care, short, friendly conversations, responsiveness, readiness to support and help. we recommend this guest house to those who travel to Corfu. Rooms were clean, with fully working kitchen, bathroom, a lodgy, very good air conditioners. Just an exceptional stay. Bus stop just minutes away that drives to center and all mayor cities

Size: the room was pretty big and confortable. Bathroom: was clean and good size. Also the pressure from the shower was really good. Sheets and towels: were good enough and clean.

We really liked the location, near the beach and the sea was very warm. Also the owner was very sweet. If you need something, he is always ready to help. The rooms were clean and supplied with all the necessary tools. We enjoyed our staying here a lot!

Conveniently placed for beach, and shops/restaurants. Close to bus stops too. Facilities in studio ok, fridge/freezer kettle with full stove so could self cater if wanted. Air con to bedroom only so remaining areas were very hot.

1. Wonderful location - close to the main street with restaurants, the beach, yet away from it all. Very near is very good autentic greec restaurant Verginas and other good places. 2. Very kind and warm host. It is also good that he is in his office on the 1st floor almost all day and helps with all questions, not only about the hotel, but also helped with advice about other things. 3. The apartment are really spacious and comfortable. Very large kitchen with big table. It was nice to relax on the balcony, too, with view to garden. 4. There were wonderful flowers in the garden.

It was so clean, spacious and perfect for us for 11 days. It’s a short walk from the beach and many places too eat/drink. The host Stavros was so welcoming and made ouelr trip even better he is alway there too help and lovely to talk too. I would highly recommend staying here. I will be coming back.

“The host attacked us for spilling a bit of wine on the sheets and was angry we stayed in a lot.”

In my 20 years of travel experience around the world I have never experienced such a rude and unprofessional amateur of a host. The host was nice at first but after we spilled a bit wine on the sheets all hell broke loose. If he asked politely for us to pay, I’d contact booking support to figure the reasonable price and would offer it - but instead the host just attacked us screaming for 10 minutes that we destroyed the sheets and if it ever happens again we will need to pay - so no, we were not explicitly asked to pay - btw. who does that - for some cheap sheets?! We stayed in and cooked every day and I cleaned it every day spotless - what was my good will. The cleaning lady however did a bad job, only replacing the towels every two days and not sweeping the floor once - what we didn’t mind - but are attacked now for being dirty?! We went to sandy beaches every day - what can you expect and we didn’t have a broom to clean the room even if I wanted to - again - it is the cleaning staff duty to clean - not the guest! To mention more faults - bad chairs about to break - we didn’t break anything in the room thankfully, limescale and rust in the bathroom, old furniture that looks good on the photos but not in person. I have a video proof of leaving the room clean and tidy - better than we found it. We did not get what we paid for - this host has no idea of how to run this business, he wants the money and invisible guests. Avoid at all costs!

We arrived late and Stavros was there to meet us , through out the duration of our stay he constantly ensured that we had everything we needed. A nice set of apartments that have everything you need set at the beginning of the main strip running through Gouvia . Supermarkets , Restaurants bus stops where you can access all of the island and bars shops all within close proximity. In all more than adequate apartments at a very reasonable price with one of the best hosts you could wish for. We will definitely be staying there again

The host (Stavros) is very nice and very helpful (and speaks many languages: Greek, French, Polish, English). The location of the accommodation is at the start of Gouvia and you just walk into the city life of Gouvia.
