“Very good value and excellent help.”

We booked this good value Studio apt. in this apartment complex (with pool) for 3 nights because it was close to the Gouvia Marina where we would meet the rest of our family for a 10 day yacht cruise in the Ionian Islands. We had pre booked a taxi transfer from the airport to the studio apartment. due to a late PM arrival (40euros). There was a sign at the corner General Store that led down a lane to the Dimitra Apartments S(tudio). The taxi driver found the after hours access key to the studio and the card to deposit into a slot by the inside door for the electricity. Immediately to the left was a small kitchenette with the essentials and bottled water in a mini fridge, as the tap water is non drinkable. Opposite the kitchenette was a small table for 2, and chairs. Next left along the corridor was a compact WC with sink, toilet, and a glassed in shower stall. At the end of the corridor was the bedroom. Two separate, good, firm, mattresses on one bed frame, open closet space for hanging clothes etc. The 10 ft ceiling helped create an overall larger sense of space. There was a small raised balcony, both in the front and back of this ground floor studio. Margarita, the onsite caretaker (0800-1600), was an invaluable source of help to make our stay as enjoyable as possible... guided us to a really EXCELLENT good value, restaurant for breakfast: 'Sweet & Savory' whose New York Culinary schooled, Chef Nic homemades from scratch a large variety of Greek and North American dishes and offers eco-friendly  coffees...walked us down to the main street bus stop (5 minutes) after pre purchasing bus tickets (3 euros per person, per trip) to take the #7 bus to the centre of Old Town Corfu (20-30 minutes)  a big saving over the monopoly inflated taxi fares. σε ευχαριστώ πολύ Margarita Thank you so very much,Betty and Robert

The Location was fantastic. Closer to Main Railway and the Main bus stand. lots of places to eat.

“Demitra G Apartments - great quiet however a very convenient location”

The staff and owner were lovely, the space was laid out to the best the area allowed. It was clean and bright and the amenities were good and as described. Pool area lovely and clean. Weather wasnt on our side, so no swimming in the pool. Its convenient for the buses into Corfu Town (No 7), by the Peugeot/JetOil/No 7 bus stops & large supermarket on the main road. Main road around 70 meters away, just a few mins walk. Supermarket around 150 meters from the accommodation. Across the main road is the main area of Gouvia's shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach.

Our stay was perfect! Very calm and clean, you can go easily to the beach and city center by walk. Dimitra is very nice. I recommend it.

I loved everything about Dimitra s appt. We booked the bungalow, so cute and private. The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and cafes - beach and marina a short walk from the apartments. Small shop just at the entrance and a larger one very short walk. The whole place was very clean. Had the pool to ourselves a few times, so relaxing. Marguirite was so friendly and helpful. Also a lovely lady in the office organised a taxi for us to get to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again. Dimitra apartments and Gouvia are a great place to spend some time. 10 out of 10.👍

We were satisfied with the accommodation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The staff was friendly and professional. The pool was well-kept and clean, which made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good place to relax.

The property was located close to many beaches. There are many restaurants close by as well , all less than 10min walk. The beds were made daily along with bins emptied regularly. It was close to the airport and old town. The property itself is easy to locate and very clean. The pool is lovely!!

We had a great time at Dimitria apartments. Perfect location, close to the small city and all the restaurants. The mainroad was close so you can go by bus all over the island. Our hostess Katarina was lovely. She made our stay the best. Nice pool and quiet surrondings.

Location to Gouvia 5 mn.walk.Local mini supermarket at entrance.Other larger supermarket 5mn.walk. Accomodation and pool/grounds spotless as were the apartments. Servicing daily by Marguerita who pleasantly greeted us on arrival and looked after guests extremely well in a very personal and charming manner everything top service.

“Good short stay”

Stayed in a two bedroom cottage after a week of sailing. Quite spacious and clean. Bonus of having a pool. Margarita was very friendly and helpful
